Our Process.

Following a request from a customer for an induction heating component repair, the office log the request.

Delivery of the component to our workshop is arranged, either by the customers courier or by Dukinfield Induction

Following delivery to Dukinfield Induction the component is cleaned

Components are then disassembled and an evaluation is made with regards to feasibility and the extent of rework required.

A quotation is prepared by the office including a turn around time which is then forwarded to the customer.

Upon receipt of a purchase order number from the customer, the rework will be carried out using both reworked and new parts reworking the component to its previous specification in full working order.

All components are fully tested before being despatched back to the customer along with a full test certificate.

All environmental procedures are adhered during cleaning, manufacturing and disposal of scrap.
